Right: January 2016 (this morning) at 174.I ate out twice yesterday! I ate a grilled cheese with French fries for lunch and 3 veggie sushi rolls for dinner. AND cake at my nephew’s birthday. AND froyo. My stomach is bloated as all hell. But you know what? I don’t give a shit. Look at how far I’ve come!
Life is all about balance. When I was 260 pounds I ate and drank whatever I wanted and never exercised. At 174 I eat healthy but enjoy the foods that I want in moderation and I work out 5-6 times a week and I stay active even when I’m not at the gym. This week I knew I was going to eat out on Saturday so I turned down pizza and cookies during the week so I could save the enjoyment for my events.
You don’t have to give up the foods you like to lose weight or be healthy! Just make conscious, smart decisions :)
