Transformation Tuesday - GAHHH!! I love seeing my progress over the past few months and my abs are finally starting to pop! I couldn’t be happier with my progress. Still working on decreasing body fat in the mid section which is my trouble area but I am determined to stay consistent with my efforts through weight training, fasted cardio and clean eating.
I am always a work in progress as I have struggled most of my life with weight.
Doesn’t matter how old you are (I am almost 47 years old), you can make get healthier and fit so lose your excuses because you can achieve any health and fitness goals you set out to do as long as you have determination and consistency with both your fitness and your nutrition.
