I am 5'5
The Left I was 154 and on the right I am 132
I’ve lost mainly all the weight in the last 4 months
I really would like to achieve my goal of 114 by the summer and have been incorporating a high protein/low carb diet.
My body seems to love it and I’m barely hungry.
I tried going vegan but I was constantly hungry and bloated. No offense to vegans. I would like to try again maybe vegetarian in the future but at the moment my body loves high protein.
I usually workout 5-6x a week but I haven’t in the past month due to relocating..
