I got a request to post this progress comparison of myself from my blog recently.
I am 6'1’’, 26 years old.
On the left I was at about 325lbs, and on the right I was at 192lbs- under my weight goal of 200lbs and well under what my doctors recommended me to be at which was 225.
My reason for posting this is to show everyone that you don’t always end up with the body that you were expecting when you lose as much weight as I did. I have excess skin on my stomach and hips, and yes it sags.
Is it the way I expected my body to look after working so hard? No. Am I ashamed of it in any way? Hell no. I am still working towards my goals, and I am actively putting on muscle as much as I can.

I did this in an attempt to help others that are in the same situation I was when I started. I didn’t know how to do anything, or what to do at all. I hope this helps anyone and everyone that is struggling and needs a little motivation to get through one of the hardest things I have ever done.
