So 2015 was one of the hardest years for me due to a lot of personal family things. So I was off track with loosing weight. Back in 2012 (left photo) I was at my heaviest. I was in sports and very active all my life until I was 17 that’s when I stopped and gained over 100 pounds within a year. The photo on the left I was 19 and unhappier. In 2014 I decided to take action to loose weight. Was down roughly 50 pounds. Then last year happened where I just maintained the weight. So I was still heavy, 50 pounds was just a small fraction of where i want to be. So as of 2016 I started again. For 9 weeks I have been to the gym 5 times a week with clean eating. I’ve lost only 15 pounds so far, but it’s the start of a new life. So in total 75 pounds. The photo on the right was taken last weekend. I can’t tell much of a physical difference but I know results will come soon enough. I still want to loose 100 more pounds. I know that’s a big long term goal, I obviously have short term goals for my weight.
