I know it’s not #transformationtuesday but after almost one year I decided to post my evolution !

Almost one year since I decided to change my life and eat clean, almost one year since I began to run, 4 months since I began crossfit 2 days/week and 2 months since I began lifting weight 2 days/week.

I lost 10kg (22lbs, aka 217 golf balls). Maybe I could have done it better or faster and maybe my evolution is not as impressive as some fitblrs that I admire but it’s mine and I’m proud and happy about it :)

And now I really hope I will have abs soon huhu.

(Sorry for the crappy quality pictures i had to stand on my bathtub in the last one, also I’m too anxious to post pictures with my face yet lol)
