Here’s a little history, for anyone who’s interested…
In this 2009 picture, I am 13 stone 7lbs. Which is the weight I had been since I was 13 years old. It went up to 14 stone 7lbs (203lbs) in 2012 age 22.
That’s when I started making changes and went all the way down to 136-138lbs in the summer of 2014 and kept at that weight until summer 2015.
All sorts of things started happening at this point; work, family, relationships building stress upon stress and the control weakened and I found myself eating more, exercising less and as science will have it - the weight started creeping back up. All the way up to 158 lbs!
But I saw it all coming, acknowledged it, welcomed it, accepted it, rode the effing wave, and then decided to do something about it.
I’m back down to 150lbs in this picture on the right taken today and although I hope to be back in the 130′s soon, I mostly just want my strength and stamina back, and a less jiggly bod.
