Hey! I submitted here a few weeks ago but I have changed some things up a bit and saw some real improvements! I increased my lifting, created a more nutritious and healthy food plan and started boxing ! This picture is from 178 to 140, although i was 134 last month I have been gaining muscle not fat and I know that’s hard for people to understand so once you lose what you want and start doing weights, i suggest both checking the scale as often as your muscle growth !
