Ignore my weird neck rolls and the counter clutter, but on the picture on the left I weighed 148 lbs. Being 5'7", it isn’t unhealthy, but it wasn’t where I wanted to be in my life. I wasn’t happy with how I looked. I made an effort to watch what I ate, and while I could only go to the gym about once a week with my busy work schedule. Now, on the right, I’m down to 134, and I’m so much happier. It has only been about a month now, so it’s a work in progress, but seeing this allows me to see I’m much closer to my goal. I struggled with anorexia for a year and a half, but since recovering, I’m proud of myself for not going back to my unhealthy ways in order to lose weight.
