so a before and after. left is your fairly standard college life. not really eating all day because I was sleeping too much, or not getting out of bed until 1 or 2pm. rushing to classes and maybe snacking on a chocolate bar. getting home at 9 or 10 and either going straight to drinking or else getting a massive takeaway and staying up till 5am watching crap on my laptop. I was miserable with shit confidence and as time went on I found it harder and harder to get out of bed and leave my apartment. I found it difficult to motivate myself to study or look after myself. on the right is after a year of completely changing my lifestyle. 5:15am wake ups for work, a big breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks. it’s all organised and planned. a healthy relationship with exercise (I have gone through the unhealthy relationship with exercise - it can be just as damaging as the college unhealthy lifestyle). my confidence is great, I’m so highly motivated that I constantly need to tell myself to relax and take a step back. while I’m far from perfect and have a lot to fix I am so happy with where I am and can see my goals in front of me. everything seems possible and I am so excited to become a qualified personal trainer so I can help people like me. if I can turn my life around and become someone I am proud of, well then anyone can. of course motivation and inspiration from some amazing people on tumblr helps too ❤️❤️❤️
