I started with my weight at 174 pounds after two kids. I never really felt good or pretty about myself. So I took action this past December to make it a new year’s resolution to lose weight. My goal is to get down to 130 pounds. I started working out at home doing dance workouts that I found on youtube. The first time I did a work out, my husband laughed at me. I took it as motivation and pushed myself harder. Just 2 day ago I got a gym membership. Just in two months alone I went from 174 to 154 pounds. I’m still pushing myself everyday. My body is still a work in progress. I’m happy to have found this group to motivate myself more.
