I found the photo on the left saved. It was intended to be a “before” photo for when I was going to start working out. that was about 2 years ago. Since then I haven’t developed an exercise regimen or a specific diet. But by very slowly changing small things about my lifestyle I have drastically changed my body to one that I don’t cringe to look at when I see myself in the mirror. There was no secret trick and I’m still not exactly where I want to be body wise. I decided which habits were making me feel badly and I slowly started to eliminate them. I still want to keep working at being the best I can be, but there are many mornings I wake up and see myself in the mirror and feel comfortable and that’s a great feeling.
