For anyone attempting to lose weight, NEVER get discouraged by the scale! The scale gives you a number and that’s it. Go by how you feel. It’s a much better indicator of your progress.
I just completed my first round of 21 Day Fix and this is my 11.3 pounds of progress. 21 Day Fix is an AWESOME exercise and nutrition program and I’m excited to see where it takes me.
