January 2016 Stats: 

  • Waist: 45″ 
  • Thighs: 27″
  • Arms: 17″ 
  • Hips: 54″ 

February 1, 2016 Stats; 

  • Waist: 43″  (-2)
  • Thighs: 25″ (-2)
  • Arms: 14″ (thank you @healthblrr for the arm workouts :D) (-3)
  • Hips: 51 1/2″ (-2.5)

Weight: +2 pounds 

 I ended January 2 pounds heavier than I started and when I saw that I honestly cried for a good bit, then I tried to reverse my negativity & in doing so realized I have / had so much more to lose than just weight and I did! – I lost inches all over and that’s awesome; I let go of the idea that I’ll never be able to run for a long time this month because I ran for an hour+ and I ENJOYED IT - I lost my hatred for arm day thanks to @healthblrr and her attack360 plan. I lost my winter blues thanks to working out (and bringing out my good ‘ol sunlamp again) anyways… 

I didn’t end January on the note I wanted to, life got in the way but what I GAINED from that was that life will happen and I can’t sacrifice my happiness because others around me are not happy and that is what I hope to take into February with me. 

I’m going to let go of the scale this month and see how much my body changes, I’ve got 29 days to give it my all and I fully plan on it. 

Goals for February: 

  • ~ my mom and I decided to try and not eat out this month so that’s my first goal 
  • ~ my next goal is to run 4 miles at least once this month, I’ve made it to 3.11 & I’d be thrilled to hit 4 miles :~) 
  • ~ Run 3x a week because running made me so happy :~)
