Officially out of the 180s! Weighed in at 179.6 so it’s hella close but still! I’m worried I’m going to hit a plateau with my workouts, so today I increased the incline and intensity by 1 (from level 8 to level 9) and though I only did 35 mins since I woke up late, I felt amazing afterward!
I know I take so many pictures, but I am a visual learner and I can’t help it! 215 in both before pictures, 180 in both “during” pictures. Face and arm differences are the major ones. Something not entirely visible is my confidence differences. I feel so alive and refreshed and excited about life and music and working out. I don’t dread the gym in the morning because it’s my time to think and improve myself both mentally and physically.
I don’t normally make weight goals, but there are only 6 weeks left in the semester so I think it’s a sign that I should set a goal to lose 6 pounds before summer! I want to be 174 by summer! I can do it, and I’m excited to do it :)
