4 mores weeks left of the semester, 7 weeks left of 2015. The first half of 2015 was amazing, I got honour roll, I worked out consistently for 7 months, got back to my desired body and overcame lots of my fears and accomplished many goals. For the entire summer my eczema was at at all time worst even though I was the healthiest I had ever been, I couldn’t do anything, couldn’t leave the house, let alone workout. No matter what I did it didn’t get better, sending me into a deep depression that I am still struggling with. My skin cleared up before school, but still left me with my depression and anxiety in tact as well as an extra 15 pounds. Starting the semester with body dysmorphia, depression and anxiety and then ending a 7 year relationship really took a toll on my mental health. The past couple of weeks I’ve literally been losing my mind, crying daily, drinking too much, smoking again, and stopped being vegan, stopped going to classes and thought many times about quitting college. 4 more weeks left and I know I can do it. Failure is inevitable, it’s about how you pick yourself back up and keeping moving forward. No more looking back. #stoplivinginfear #beforeandafter
