Hey everyone ! I started this journey in July 2015 and I am still going on it… Even if there isn’t a big difference between the two photos, I think it’s important to know where you began and where you want to go…
Before: 144 lbs
Now: 132 lbs
Goal: 123 lbs
I am not doing a diet, I only try to eat less fat stuff, and healthier ones. It sounds easy like this, but when you’re used to cookies, chocolate and such, it’s VERY difficult to handle every day. There are still times when I am about to give up, but I want to achieve my goal, even if it takes an entire year.
I didn’t do any sport until I realized it’s very important to have a healthy life. I only go twice a week to my sports’ club, doing 1 hour of cardio-training and 30 minutes of bodybuilding. I gained some muscle and I think my skin is better looking now.
Believe in yourself, no matter what. Everyone can do it !!
