Hi everyone my names Eva and I’m 22 from Toronto. 4 weeks ago I decided I was tired of being the big girl so I got off my ass and started to do something about it. I’m 5'8 and currently 227 pounds so I’ve only actually lost 5 pounds but the scale means nothing to me because I’m seeing the difference in my body. I did it mostly through low carb eating going to the gym 4 times a week doing HIIT cardio for 30 minutes and weights for 30 and am now doing insanity. It hasn’t been all easy I cheated more than I would have liked 5 times this month but I got off my ass and worked out and bounced back every single time. I feel healthy and happy and can’t wait to see my 2 month progress if I can do it you can to!
