Not too thrilled with my before picture but I’m certainly feeling much better seeing how far I have come. I’ve stuck with Bodyweight Burn pretty well over the last three months. The videos and guides were a huge help for somebody who didn’t know a dumbbell from a kettlebell haha. Dedication is the key! Make sure you take your progress photos ladies it’s way better than using scale goals.
