I’ve recently started up my journey again. For a while all I did was maintain my weight but about 2 weeks ago I decided to start losing again. I’m finally under 150 pounds which means that I’m at a healthy weight! I’m 5'5 so 149 pounds (bottom pictures) is what I have to weigh to be at healthy BMI. In the before pictures I weighed 172 pounds but my heaviest was 176 pounds. Realising that I was almost obese in May I decided to make a change. My goal weight is 130 pounds but I’m already very happy where I’m at right now. All done by counting calories (1300~ a day) and running 3-4 times a week.
