this-is-aly-r:

I was going to share a yoga progress photo but i figured since it’s been ages, here’s time for a body/fitness progress photo.
✨✨✨
I still wish i had more in between photos to compare but, i never really took many i could use - learned my lesson so i am now!

The reason i picked 3 was to show the difference with what i was doing and how i looked.

Feb 2013 - i never exercised (it was about 2 months before i started) and ate basically anything i felt like. I never really overate but i made terrible choices, high sugar and fat almost all meals. I would sometimes add ice cream to my oats or brownies for breakfast. I’d have bubble tea often, and i used to have my tea with 3 teaspoons of sugar!

March 2015 - i was pretty good at my workout routine, doing @kayla_itsines BBG, i do yoga as well buy I was restricting myself with certain foods though. I was at a stage where i always chose to say no to “bad food” like cookies, ice cream, chocolate, sugar etc which honestly made me a little cranky for never having things i enjoy

Now (Nov 2015) - i workout, do yoga, i’m on @amandabisk FBFM though i don’t just stick to one program and do what feel best, changing thing up when it’s appropriate (thanks to @kfit_asia too), i no longer restrict myself. I make decisions on what foods make me feel best, not “good” or “bad” foods. I have chocolate, sometimes cookies, but i don’t feel bad about it cause i wanted it. And it works.
✨✨✨
Also if you guys wanna get on board with @kfit_asia / @kfit_ausnz you can sign up with my code “ALYRAUFF” to get a discount on your first month 😊 i use KFit 2-3 times a week and i love it!
