The picture on the left I was around 150 lbs in 2012. The picture on the right is on 11/14/15 at 126 lbs. I still have a ways to go to I need to remind myself of how far I have come and that I can never go back to how I used to be. I have lost about 11 lbs in the past 6 weeks going completely paleo, it really is a miracle.
