I have 10 pounds to go until I’m at my 1st weight goal AND the weight my doctor said I need to be in order to be in the healthy weight range (!!)
Unfortunately, I’ve kind of plateaued. Had a shitty week of eating the week before last & wasn’t exercising. Thankfully last week I signed up for Class Pass, which has been awesome, and I went to 3 classes. This week, I’m doing the #OnePerfectWeek challenge and so I plan on working out 6 days this week! And eating clean! Wish me luck!
