What a difference 10 months can make! Same sweater. 57.5 lb difference!! I am grateful for the left photo it gave me my Ah Ha moment. I don’t think I would have ever started if it wasn’t for this picture. Going from a girl who hated her body and herself to now loving and appreciating myself is crazy. Best thing I ever did was starting this journey.
