2 months and 9 days… 45.5 lbs lost… 4 sizes down in my jeans… I have a lot more to go… But it’s good to see some progress… Clean eating and a lot of exercise… I’ve run two 5ks since I’ve started my diet something I would never have imagined myself doing… And I’ve registered for a half marathon in September to keep myself motivated… It’s just the first steps… But at least they are the steps in the right direction…
