I usually never ever post pictures like this on my Instagram account but today I’ve decided to share something personal. l just want to show/let everyone here know that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I don’t care how cheesy that sounds because it’s fucking true. Here is the evidence. I am a month away from graduating nursing school which explains my disappearance - I’ve been working on myself -physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. This past summer- fuck, my entire college experience has taught me so much - and for those my age (24) I’m pretty sure that it’s safe to say that these growing years have been equal parts shit show mixed with happiness, gratefulness, and a whole bunch of learning. I’m going to try to keep this short so I won’t start crying all over my phone but - my weight has always been a problem/fluctuating since life - and college made it even WORSE with stress and overeating — but discipline is something that doesn’t come easy.
