3 months progress. 196lbs-149lbs 5'3
3 months ago I was hiding in baggy sweaters And stretchy pants. I hated looking at the mirror and was sad because it had been the second time I gained all my weight back. I started a journey 3 years ago and lost a bunch of weight fast the unhealthy way and I only did cardio which resulted in hair loss, no muscle definition and skinny fat. I was skinny but still wasn’t happy. Then I gained the weight back because I was depressed from things that were happening at home. I ballooned to 196 lbs and it stopped me from doing everything I love because I was too embarrassed to do anything. I stopped doing gigs and my goal of starting a YouTube channel seemed far because I felt I was too fat and unappealing in comparison to other YouTube gurus. August 12 I decided to stop treating my body like a trash can and started to eat clean. I started slowly just by eating low carb things that I knew how to cook and I saw weight fall off so fast. I decided that this time I would focus less on the scale and start weight training. This time around I didn’t do any cardio. If I did it was just 1-2 times a week. I lifted weights and filled my body with healthier things. Now I am getting closer to my goal and I won’t stop until I’m there. Follow me to see me reach my goal ;) let’s support each other. If you have any q’s feel free to drop me a question ;) the reason I chose to do more weight training and less running and cardio was because I wanted to keep my butt. The first time I lost weight my butt seemed almost flat due to only doing cardio. It seems I made a good choice this time around, my back is also a goal of mine since I think it’s the most appealing part of the body ;)
