Transformation Tuesday! πŸ’πŸΌ

I decided to make a compilation of before and afters to show off some pics of some new clothes I just bought. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Left:
• Late 2013/Early 2014
• 360lbs~
• Size 26ish, 3X

Right:
• Oct/Nov 2015
• 185lbs~
• Size 10ish, Medium

Other info/FAQ:
• I’m about 5'7"
• I’ve lost 175lbs total at the time I’m posting this.
• I didn’t have weight loss surgery.
• I lost the first 100lbs in a little under 6 months.
• I did it by burning more calories than I consumed! I counted calories, chose to eat more nutritious foods and developed a more active lifestyle overtime!
• I’m now a NASM certified personal trainer!
• You can do it too! It’s worth the time and effort! Dream big, be a visionary, create your life and do something everyday to get you closer to your goals and who you want to be and how you want to live. Make yourself a priority! You’re worth it. It’s fun.
• My life is very busy right now, I love love love messages, but I may not reply right away. I will try and put more info that I get asked about a lot on my page. I want to help everyone! I post my pictures because seeing a before and after pic is what motivated me initially, and got me started on my weight loss, because she was proof it was possible. Keep a good attitude, have fun and stay positive. Make mistakes, learn and keep going! Trust me, it helps.
