Still a work in progress, of course but that is a life changing work in progress, I won’t ever stop. This is a lifestyle you need to learn to adapt to and you can do it, you just have to start and stick to it, I’ve tried 3 times those first 2 times I failed but what matters is that I kept trying and that’s just how goals are you won’t always succeed in the first few tries, it takes time and patience.. You just have to really want it I’m not going to lie here either, it wasn’t easy I went through huge heartache/ a friend who ended up making me worse.. (long story) I lost a lot of people but sometimes that’s what pushes you to make something in your life work.
Anyway I’m not going to go on about that I basically did this by working hard and I mean really hard I lost 120+ pounds in just 6 months! a lot of people may think that’s kinda nuts but it is possible and yes I did do this the ol’ natural way/ old fashioned way. I never got into the whole pill thing or starvation I just really had to monitor what I ate and how much of it I ate..
it was hard and I did overeat sometimes (it happens) but it would be from fruit anything in whole foods like nuts and avocados and etc, I got into the Vegan lifestyle as well and it’s changed me definitely I ain’t getting to deep into that thought, you all have your way of losing the weight of course, but mine was hard work (cardio/ weight training) and eating right from what nature has to offer, and I chose not to eat meat because I do care about the animals and I don’t believe they are just there for us to eat. But I know a lot of you have your own views on that anyway I don’t want to fill this too much with my “story” if any of you are interested to know more or anything just message me on here, I’d be glad to talk. Thanks (:
