I’m 18 and 5'10. The pictures on the left were taken February 24, 2015 after I’d already lost a bit of weight and the ones on the right were taken yesterday November 19, 2015. I went from weighing 198 to 168, so I’ve lost 30 lbs total and would like to lose at least another 20. It’s a process and it’s hard. It’s all about self discipline and determination. I have weeks where I eat super healthy, but I also have weeks where I don’t exercise enough. I did insanity over the summer and am going to do it again this winter once school has slowed down. I’ve also recently gone on a raw (mostly) vegan diet, so we will see how that goes.
