I’ve lost all the weight I want to so now I just want to gain muscle and tone up. I lost the weight through healthy eating and exercise, and by going to the gym 5 times a week doing 30-50 minutes of cardio + weights.
I do Insanity and use weights/resistance machines at the gym.
