I can’t believe I’m finally posting here! I’ve been looking at other people’s success for the last 2 years and letting depression mess mine up. I found the ketogenic diet and it has worked wonders on my body and mind. I’m no longer ruled by food cravings or binge eating. I started on April 9th and still going strong. I started light exercising in June and now (3 wks later) I can actually do a rigorous routine of weight lifting/ body weight style exercises.

Goal wt: under 150 lbs
