1st Picture: August 18th - I hated my body but didn’t have a single clue how to fix myself. My diet was rotten and I couldn’t run a mile to save the life of me.

3rd picture: Today - I now exercise every day and I’m eating a vegan diet. This has really made my weight loss more significant!
