I just wanted to share some progress!
Day 1 —> 4 weeks —> 6 weeks
The shape of my body has starting changing more dramatically in the last couple of weeks. I can’t even wear the sweats I had on the first couple pics. They’re sliding off!
I’m so stoked that that pesky back-fat roll is gone haha. Also, yay arm progress!
Keto and intermittent fasting are changing my life. I’m so excited to see what happens in another month and a half.
