This is about 5 weeks difference. I have lost 8 pounds in this time frame. But what’s more important to me is that I lost my rolls! Difference: I have been tanning for a wedding so my skin tone is darker but these are both me (hard to hide the tats).
I started a few years ago with my running and walking A LOT. The problem was my diet sucked. I’ve been doing a high protein diet and using myfitnesspal to log and track now for 80 days. It’s true what people say…it’s mostly in the kitchen. I eat a high protein breakfast every morning, salad with lean meat for lunch, sprinkle some healthy snacks in there, whatever I feel like within my calories and macros for dinner. It’s not rocket science. It’s just going to take TIME.
Just recently I added a couple days of weights a week to help in my journey. I can honestly say that’s probably what helped me get toned up thus far.
I am hoping to be a couple dress/pants sizes smaller by my wedding in October. I’m not going to worry so much about my weight. If you have any questions or want to add me, feel free to.
