These photos are exactly a year apart. I don’t want to lose anymore but I do want to tone up.
I lost the weight by eating healthily and exercising. I used the Insanity nutrition guide to get most of my meal plans and I used to eat five small meals a day to boost my metabolism.
Now I eat three bigger meals a day with two snacks. I also recently became pescatarian so I only eat fish and meat free alternatives.
I go to the gym 4-6 times a week doing a mix of cardio, weights, squats and planking etc.
