Recently I decided that I was going to stop logging my food. This is a big step in my fitness journey because I have finally allowed myself to be comfortable in my own healthy choices! Losing weight has been such a journey for me and I constantly find new ways to challenge myself physically and mentally! But the most important thing is to be comfortable in living healthy and trust your body. So heres a progress picture to celebrate trusting yourself and my almost 3 year fitness anniversary!!
