I’m definitely not the girl on the left, I’m not depressed anymore, I’m not a pessimist, I KNOW that easy ways DON’T WORK, I KNOW that I can get whatever I wish for if I work hard enough for it, I KNOW EVERY PERSON IN THE WORLD can make their dreams come true if they really want it and TAKE ACTION instead of just complaining. You know…actually me and that girl have nothing in common but that post workout smile!:) I learned so much on this journey, went through so much, had my ups and downs (tons of them actually) but starting it was the best decision I made in my whole life, It has changed my appearance but even more- my mind.
