i’m not sure if i’ve posted this one yet?!

july 20, 2016: 192lbs (87kg)
february 1, 2016: 148lbs (67kg)

i have stayed at the same weight all of February, which kind of brought me down at first, so once again i had to put the scale away to avoid getting too obsessed, and now i’m seeing results again! i don’t wanna take another progress picture until about mid-march but we’ll see what happens >:) the reason why i stayed at the same weight is because i upped my protein intake and gained a lot more muscle so while i was still losing fat, the scale was showing the muscle mass that i was gaining! :)

i decided to create an faq and a progress photo page on my blog, so if you need nutrition, exercise and motivation advice just go on over! i’m still working on them so if you wanna ask me something that isn’t on there please go ahead!
