So I had a countdown for 21 days to get healthy habits going. They say it takes 3 weeks to get a habit ingrained. So thats what I did. For the past 21 days, i worked out every day for 1hr to 1.5hrs at Planet Fitness. With cardio first then combining it with weights starting the 2nd week. I made sure to burn from 450-600cal in cardio daily. I had a day off in each week. For my intake, I just ate healthy. Just lots of veggies, fish, fruit, and water. Basically, just didnt consume any bad foods.
I see a change and feel a change. Back rolls and love handles are shrinking. I feel it. To feel a difference is great. Im not worried about the scale cause what I see and feel is just a soaring feeling! :) what I’m saying is take it day by day. You will see a change if you keep steady, quality workouts. Dont pressure yourself, take your time. YOU WILL CHANGE.
