Okay, y'all! Today was weigh-in day and I was not disappointed! :D 12lbs lost total, 4 of those in the last 3 weeks! :) Dont mind my curlies in the last one, I was half asleep tbh.

So scale said 222. I MAY be 221/220 cause I did some realllly good lifting late last night and its possible to weigh more a day or so after lifting. But 222, I ain’t complaining at all hunti! And yesterday was the first time working out after missing the 2 days prior.

As far as my eating… nothing strict. I just eat the good things. And I’m Catholic and participating in Lent so along with no meat on Friday, I decided to give up meat for Lent. So far it’s going good, I’m just happy I can have seafood! All in all, i dont have a diet plan, i just eat the old fashion good stuff and I’m not starving myself. Your body is a machine, if you give it good fuel.. it will look, feel, and perform better! The progess is slow but consistent! I like the slow pace though, gives my mentality time to adjust to what my body is looking like!

Y'all! I am so motivated and I want to share it with you and share with me your motivation OR lack of. I don’t want to quit this and I’m not. My lifestyle feels so great and I feel in control. And dont let a night out distract you: PORTIONS, YALL! Tbh, I’m not struggling to stay on track of it all. The first 21 days..hell..the first 13 days were the toughest, after that it is smooth sailing! This is as habit as brushing my teeth! Keep going and if you feel any pressure, message me.
