In the before pictures I was at 185/190 lbs today I weighed in at 140, only 10 lbs more than my goal weight of 130. The most recent picture of me is the one in the sports bra when I was around 143. I never thought that I could come as close as I have, this has taken about 10 months but I’m almost there.
