I am 169cm
On the left it’s me at my heaviest I was 82kg,(180+lbs) depressed and felt horrible.Even going for a walk was hard for me. I start following WeightWatchers and i lost 15kg.( 33+lbs).My weight today is around 67kg(147.5 lbs).
After that I started working out and start BBG in april 2016.I gained muscle and confidence.I would not beleive one year ago that I Will be “that girl ”, the one who workout 6days a week AND love it! If you want it bad enough you CAN do it ,no maters where you start!Don’t quit!be strong and make peace with your body and mind
