I’ve lost the majority of the weight this year, but 2015 was crucial: accepting my habits were destructive, realizing I couldn’t out-exercise what I ate, and finding balance.
2016 has been about consistency, finding exercise + goals I enjoy, and overcoming unexpected bumps in the road. 💪🏻
