So this is super embarrassing to post but here goes…
The first photo i was about 237. It was sometime in August 2015. I was at my highest since high school. The second im at 221.0, taken today, June 21st 2016. Its almost a years difference. Yes, its only like 16 pounds, but im so proud of the difference. I cant believe i look so different. I’ve had such a hard time this year because of school, my depression, and my medicine. Ive tried and failed over and over again, or at least thats how i feel. But you know what? Its not a failure if im making progress. Slow progress is still good progress and any amount in the right direction is great.
