Just thought i’d throw in a side by side comparison of my transformation.
Left, I’m 17y/o and around 215lbs at 5ft11.
Right, I’m 20y/o and around 207lbs at 6ft.
This includes almost a year out from training whilst i went travelling, and a few minor setbacks along the way. Imagine what i would have achieved if i never fell off the horse.
At 17 i was training in the gym, but had no concept of diet or nutrition. I was eating everything and anything to try and grow, i wanted to be the strongest guy in the gym. I remember taking that photo and actually being impressed by my physique! Can you imagine? I really must have been deluded.
Now I train regularly, rarely missing a day, also keeping more active generally. My lifestyle isn’t centered around lifting weights, i enjoy doing active things. I surf, i wakeboard, i play rugby, i train BJJ and muay thai. I’m just living a much more healthy lifestyle, and the results are coming with that.
