Left is from April at roughly 267 pounds. Not my highest of 276. Right is yesterday at 224.6! Not where I want to be but am so happy to be where I am! I run and go to kickboxing once a week along with counting my calories. It’s been tough and it took a while to find my motivation but if I can do it, so can you!
