This is my progress from
October 2014 at 108KG
To now 95kg

I never thought I was going to be able to fit exercise into my (already busy) weekly routine and always told myself it was going to be too tiring, I swear I’ve never been more wrong. When there’s something you want you have to chase it no matter how insane it may sound to other people.
This was all mainly weight lifting 4-5 days a week with about 10-20 minutes cardio each session.
