The changes in my legs are what I find most exciting! I’m not where I’d like to be yet but I have a goal weight I am working toward that keeps me motivated. Adding strength training to my life has impacted my life and my body in an incredibly positive light! My messages are always and will forever be open for advice or to answer any questions. There is no secret to weight loss. Clean eating and burning more calories than you take in will get you there. You just gotta trust the process and stay determined. I believe in you, now you just have to believe in yourself.
