I started off at 105.8 kilos which is 233 pounds! Now down to 88 kilos which is 194 pounds! A lot of hard work, haven’t done it without some mishaps but it’s all about perseverance!
I went on weightloss shakes which I liked and about 5 sessions a week of exercise, 2 with a personal trainer! It’s been hard and sometimes I just want to give up but as I said above PERSEVERANCE! just keep pushing and you will get there! Lots more work for me!
